We offer free shipping at this time.

Processing Time:

Once you place your order, we strive to have it processed and packed within 2-3 days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 days for standard shipping. Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery times may vary.

International Shipping:

We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the continental U.S.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Signature Required:

All orders require a signature upon delivery

Returns & Refunds:

We do not accept refunds on wigs. Refunds are only accepted if item is not as described. We do not accept refunds for fit. As all measurements are in the listing. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping expenses. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Returns must be initiated and items shipped back within 14 days of delivery. We recommend using a trackable method as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
