FAQ- Human Hair Wigs

1. Are your wigs made with 100% human hair? 

Yes, all wigs are crafted from premium 100% human hair for a natural look and feel.

2. Are all of your wigs handmade?

Some of our wigs are handmade. Because of this, minor imperfections may occur, but they do not affect the functionality, wear, or beauty of the wig.

3. Can I style my wig with heat tools?

Yes! Since our wigs are human hair, they can be styled with flat irons, or blow dryers. We recommend using heat protectant spray and keeping temperatures at safe levels. 

4. How do I care for my wig? 

We suggest washing with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, leave in conditioner can be used if you would like. Allow to air dry.  Store wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain shape. 

5. Do the wigs come pre-styled?

Wigs are styled for photos, however, do to being packaged and shipped they will need to be styled once received. 

6. Will the wig look exactly like the picture?

We strive for accuracy, but please note that lighting, monitors, and handmade variations may cause slight differences in color or style. 

7. Do you offer custom wig orders? 

Not at this time.

Preloved Luxury & Vintage Clothing

1. What does preloved mean?

Preloved means the item has been gently worn or owned before. Each piece is carefully inspected and curated for quality. 

2. Are there signs of wear on preloved items?

Yes, some items may show light signs of wear. any notable imperfections will be disclosed in the product listing. Please manage expectations when purchasing preloved or vintage fashion. 

3. Are your items your items authentic? 

Yes, all designer and branded items are sourced responsibly and authenticated before being listed. 

4. Do you clean the preloved items before selling?

Yes, all preloved items are disinfected and prepared before shipping. 

5. What is the difference between vintage and preloved?

Vintage usually refers to items 20 years or older with unique, timeless style.

Preloved refers to secondhand items that have been gently used. 

6. Can I return clothing if I do not like how it fits?

We do not accept returns for fit, as the listing has all measurements and the size of the item. Please see our return policy.

General Boutique Questions

​1. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship via UPS. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days, but times may vary. All packages require a signature upon delivery.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, at this time all orders include free shipping.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as order ships.

4. Do you accept international orders?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
